These tracks were recorded "live", in one take, 20 years ago in New Mexico from March 24-27, 2000. These are early sound collage experiments using outdated and extinct looping software triggering samples on the fly, recorded directly to a high-quality cassette touted as “Great for Audio CD Recording”. This is one of two sets, recorded directly back to digital WAV format with no post-processing or filtering used, from the master tape created to make duplicates to distribute. What you hear is as the tape sounds with its own natural compression. The only alteration is the updated artwork.
